On Friday, August 30th, all utility bills will be processed and sent out for the month. On that same day, the rear drop box for utility payments will be relocated.
Currently, the rear utility payment drop box is located in the parking lot behind the Osceola Water Works building and marked by yellow posts. (see photo).
The new rear utility payment drop box will be located in the alleyway on the west side of the Osceola Water Works building off of Jefferson Street. The photo below illustrates where the drop box will be and is marked by the orange cones.

or the most convenient access and traffic flow, it is advised customers enter the alley at Jackson or Cass Streets to use the new rear drop box location.
