Notice: Osceola Water Works provides the Utility billing for the City of Osceola for water, sewer, and garbage services. For questions regarding Sewer and Garbage services, please contact City Hall by calling (641) 342-2377.

How much of my utility bill is for water?

A Total Minimum Residential “Utility” bill is $108.81 plus tax based on 2000 gallon usage.

• A minimum Residential Water bill is $30.60 (29%) controlled by the Water Board
• A minimum Residential Sewer bill is $55.00 (50%) controlled by the City of Osceola
• A minimum Residential Garbage bill is $23.21 (21%) controlled by the City of Osceola

to appear on the August 1, 2025 billing period and billing periods thereafter. 

 

ALL AMOUNTS PER 1,000 GALLONS

Water rates are set and controlled by the Osceola Water Board of Trustees and sewer and garbage rates are set and controlled by the Osceola City Council.
